Account sharing:
Do not share your account with anyone else, you are always the responsible of anything that happens with it.

Alt accounts:
Only one account is allowed per player.

Bypassing limits:
Any interaction between two accounts that you own, like for example, giving money or items, bypassing daily/weekly limits, bans, mutes, daily maximum votes, job limits and anything else related is not allowed.

Respect everyone:
You need to respect every player or staff member on the server, try to avoid toxicity.

Discriminatory language:
Do not use discriminatory language or hate speech towards someone for their race, orientation, sexuality, religion, identity or any other reason.

General chat:
Try to keep it clean and friendly, avoiding inflammatory topics like politics, drugs, homophobia, sexism, racism, explicit content or anything related, any staff member can stop this conversations at any given time.

Swearing:
Swearing is allowed as long as it isn't used against a player and not abused in excesive ways or bypassing our swear filter.

English in general chat:
You can still talk other languages in private channels like /msg, but in general chats, we need everyone to use English so our staff members are ableof moderating them properly.

Spamming:
Spamming is not allowed, but in some cases, like to celebrate something it can be allowed if its not abused in excesive ways.

Doxing:
Do not dox any player or staff member, we take this very serious and we will permanently ban anyone that breaks this rule instantly.

Impersonating:
You can't impersonate any player or staff member, this also includes using their username, nicknames, speaking in chat as if you were part of the staff team or anything else related.

Names:
We don't allow any inapropiate or disrespectful names, nicknames, usernames, item names or skins.

Advertising:
Advertising other servers or services in ours is not allowed, this includes: Names, IPs, Websites, Discord invite links and others. This applies to any place on the server (/msg, Ingame chats, books, signs, items, DMs at Discord, Discord chats or anything related to the server).

Advertising in other servers:
Advertising our server in other people's servers is not allowed and we will ban anyone that does it.

Links in chat:
Posting links in any chat related to the server is not allowed and usually should be stopped by our filters.

Harassment:
Any type of harassment against players or staff members is not allowed, if someone is harassing you, send a player report or contact the staff members on /discord by opening a ticket.

Toxicity:
Any type of toxicity won't be allowed, players who are considered detrimental to the community by the staff members and with the approval of the owner will be banned without further consideration, we want a non-toxic environment of the server.

Ignore:
Trying to talk or have contact with players that added you to their ignore list is not allowed.

Homes:
Setting homes in, or near other players builds or towns without their consent is not allowed, this includes claimed and wilderness chunks.

Asked to leave:
If a player asks you to leave their town or buildings, you need to do it.

Other ways of harassment:
Interfering with a player inside a town by standing on the way of their build, knocking them out of fly or blocking their gameplay in any form.

TP-Killing:
Teleporting to someone with the intent to kill them, teleporting someone to yourself with the intent of kill them or having them killed by a third party (Another player, traps, mobs or anything related) is not allowed, this rule dissapears after 2 minutes since the teleport.

Town PvP:
Toggling PvP on your town to kill someone that is on it its only allowed if you warn them first and give them 2 minutes before attacking.

PvP baiting:
Baiting players into PvP is not allowed, an example of this would be, using a disguise to bait a player so they hit you and engage in combat because they tought you are a mob.

Bypassing PvP:
Bypassing PvP in a non-PvP zones like server protected zones, towns with PvP disabled and others is not allowed.

Griefing:
Griefing is not allowed (destroying other players property directly or indirectly, placing blocks around a town, making fires, lava casting, using tnt and related), this applies to claimed and wilderness chunks.

Main worlds:
Gathering resources in any Main world (Overworld, Nether or The End) is not allowed and will count as griefing.

Resource worlds:
Resource worlds are fair to grief as you please, try to avoid building anything important on them as they reset every month.

Inactive residents:
Town owners need to give inactive players atleast 3 weeks before removing them from the town and taking their unlocked chests, if they dont wait that time or take items from chests, it will count as griefing (if you need to remove locked chests, open a ticket on our /discord).

Abandoned structures:
You are not allowed to claim abandoned structures or unclaimed structures unless their original owner gives you permission for it, in some cases, you can open a ticket on our /discord and staff will check if its possible to give you the permission to claim the structure.

Raiding:
Raiding is only allowed at wilderness, and considered to be anything where less than 10 non-raidable blocks have been taken, also, you are not allowed to raid a town even if their permissions are on.

Raidable blocks:
Raidable blocks include: Coal, Copper, Iron, Gold, Redstone, Lapislazuli, Emerald, Diamond, Quartz, Netherite ores and their respective blocks, Beacons, Anvils, Hoppers, Spawners, Heads, Armor stands, Enchantment tables, Crops, Banners, Shulker boxes, Item frames, Furnaces, End portals and Unlocked chests. Any other block will be taken as griefing.

Scamming:
Any form of scamming is not allowed on the server, its up to staff members to decide if it was a scam, an example of it would be: Selling fake items claiming they are other type, agree on something and after getting paid, refuse to do it, misleading players in any way and any other type of scams.

Cheating:
Any form of cheating is not allowed and its taken very serious, ending with up to permanent bans.

Abusing exploits or bugs:
Our server can have bugs and exploits, if you find any and you abuse it, you will be permanently banned from the server, whenever you find one, always contact our administrators or the owner on Discord to explain it privately, we also give rewards to those reporting game breaking bugs.

Duped items:
Any duped items will be taken away from the player who has it and everyone involved into it will be permanently banned.

AFK machines:
Any AFK machine that allows you to avoid our automatic kick will be destroyed by our staff members, also, using them lead to a reset of balance, mcmmo levels, jobs levels and more.

AFK farming:
AFK farming is not allowed in the server, this includes anything that allows you to farm without being at your PC, an example of this are auto-clickers, if you are farming, you need to be able to answer when staff members whispers to you, this can also lead to reset of balance, mcmmo levels, jobs levels and more.

Nether roof:
Building structures at the Nether roof is not allowed, we have a system that stops this, if you are caught doing so, it will be taken as bug exploiting.

Blacklisted mods:
This mods are not allowed to be used on the server: X-Ray, Cave-finders, Auto-clickers, Free Cam, Replay mods, Auto-loggers, Anti-AFK, Hacked clients of any kind, Ghost clients (Killaura, Aimbot, Flight and relateds), Easyplace from Litematica/Schematica + Fast place + Printer or any other mod that gives you advantage over other players.

Main The End:
You need to build atleast 12+ chunks far from any End Gateway (The bedrock structure), buildings that are at less than 12 chunks can be removed by staff members without any warning.

Maparts:
Maparts that do not respect our rules are not allowed. Also, as mapart distribution, its not allowed to copy or resell any mapart that wasnt made by yourself, you can still do this if the original author allows you first.
