Account sharing:
Do not share your account with anyone else, otherwise, youre the responsible of anything that happens with it.

Alt accounts:
Only one account is allowed per player.

Bypassing limits:
Any interaction between your main account and an alt account, like for example, giving money or items, bypassing daily/weekly quests, bans, mutes, daily votes, job caps and anything related is not allowed,

Respect everyone:
You need to respect every player or staff member on the server, try to avoid toxicity.

Discriminatory language:
Do not use discriminatory language or hate speech towards someone for their race, orientation, sexuality, religion, identity, or others.

General chat:
Try to keep it clean and friendly, avoiding inflammatory topics like politics, drugs, homophobia, sexism, racism, explicit content or anything related, staff can stop any of those conversations at any given time.

Swearing:
Swearing is allowed as long as it isn't used against a player, not abused in excesive ways or avoiding our swear filter.

English in general chat:
You can still talk other languages in private channels, like /msg, but in general chats, we need everyone to use English so our staff is able to moderate them properly.

Spamming:
Spamming is not allowed, but in some cases, like to celebrate something, it can be allowed if not abused in excesive ways.

Doxing:
Do not dox any player or staff, we take this very serious and you will end up permanently banned from the server by doing it.

Impersonating:
You can't impersonate any player or Staff member, this also includes using their username, nicknames, speaking in chat as if you were part of the Staff team, etc.

Names:
We don't allow any inappropiate or disrespectful names, nicknames, usernames, items or skins, its also up to staff decision what is allowed.

Ignore staff:
You are not allowed to /ignore a staff member.

Advertising:
Advertising other servers or services in ours is not allowed, this includes: Names, IPs, Websites, Discord invite links, and others. This applies to any place on the server (/msg, Ingame chats, DMs at Discord, Discord chats, books, signs, items and related).

Advertising into other servers:
Advertising our server into other people's servers is not allowed and we will punish those who did it.

Links in chat:
Posting links in any chat is not allowed and will be usually stopped by our filter, even ones that could be normal can be detected as advertising.

Harassment:
Any type of harassment against other players or staff is not allowed, if someone is harassing you, contact any staff member at /discord or ingame by /msg.

Toxicity:
Players who are considered detrimental to the community by the staff team and with the approval of the owner, will be banned without further consideration, we want a non-toxic environment on the server.

Ignore:
Trying to talk or have contact with players that added you to their ignore list is not allowed.

Homes:
Setting homes in, or near other players builds or towns without their consent is not allowed, this includes claimed and wilderness land.

Asked to leave:
If a player asks you to leave their town or buildings, you need to do it.

Other ways of harassment:
Interfering with a player inside a town by standing on the way of their build, knocking them out of fly or blocking their gameplay in any form.

PvP luring:
Luring players into PvP is not allowed, an example would be, using a disguise so a player hits you first thinking youre a mob.

Bypassing PvP:
Bypassing PvP in non-PvP zones like server protected zones, towns with PvP disabled and others is not allowed.

TP-Killing:
Teleporting to someone with the intent to kill them, teleporting someone to yourself with the intent to have them killed by you or a third party (other users, traps, mobs or related) is not allowed, PvP is legal 2 minutes after teleporting.

Town PvP:
Toggling PvP on your town to kill someone that is on it is only allowed if you warn them first and give them 1 minute before attacking.

Griefing:
Griefing is not allowed (destroy other player's property directly or indirectly, place blocks around a town of a player, making fires, lava casting, using tnt and related), this includes claimed and unclaimed zones.

Main worlds:
Gathering resources in any Main world (Overworld, Nether or The End) is not allowed and will count as griefing.

Resource worlds:
Resource worlds are fair to grief them as you please, try to avoid building anything important on them as they reset every month.

Inactive residents:
Town owners need to give inactive players atleast 3 weeks before removing them from the town and taking their unlocked chests, if they dont wait that time or take items from locked chests, it will count as a grief (if you wanna remove a locked chest, open a ticket on our /discord).

Abandoned structures:
You are not allowed to claim abandoned structures or unclaimed structures unless their original owner gives you permission for it, in some cases, you can open a ticket on our /discord and ask about it.

Raiding:
Raiding is only allowed at wilderness, and considered to be anything where less than 10 non raidable blocks have been taken, also, you are not allowed to raid a town even if their permissions are on.

Raidable blocks:
Raidable blocks include: Coal, Copper, Iron, Gold, Redstone, Lapislazuli, Emerald, Diamond, Quartz, Netherite blocks and their respective ores, Beacons, Anvils, Hoppers, Spawners, Heads, Armor stands, Enchantment tables, Crops, Banners, Shulkers, Item frames, Furnaces, End portals, Unlocked chests. Any other block will be taken as griefing.

Scamming:
Any form of scam is not allowed on the server, its up to staff to decide if it was a scam and the punishment that fits the case, an example would be: Selling fake items claiming they are other type, Agree on something and after getting paid, refusing to do it, Misleading players in any way.

Cheating:
Any form of cheating is not allowed and is taken very serious, ending with up to permanent bans.

Abusing exploits or bugs:
Our server can have bugs and exploits, if you find any and you abuse it, you will be permanently banned from the server, whenever you find one, contact any staff member on Discord and explain it privately, we also give rewards to those reporting game breaking bugs.

Duped items:
Any duped items will be taken away from the player and everyone involved into it will be permanently banned.

AFK machines:
Any AFK machine that allows you to avoid our automatic kick will be destroyed by staff, also, using them will lead to reset of balance, mcmmo, jobs level and more.

AFK farming:
AFK farming is not allowed in the server, this includes anything that allows you to farm without being at your PC, an example are autoclickers, if you are farming, you need to be able to answer to staff whispers, this can also lead to reset of balance, mcmmo or jobs level and more.

Nether roof:
Building structures at the Nether roof is not allowed, as we have a system that stops this, if you're caught doing so, it will be taken as bug exploiting.

Blacklisted mods:
This mods are not allowed: X-Ray, Cave finders, Auto-clickers, Free Cam, Replay mods, Auto-loggers, Anti-AFK, Hacked clients, Ghost clients (Killaura, Aimbot, Flight and related), Easyplace from Litematica/Schematica + Scaffolding + Fast place + Printer or any other mod that gives you advantage over other players.

Main The End:
You need to build atleast 12+ chunks far from any End Gateway (The bedrock structure), buildings that are at less than 12 chunks can be removed by staff members without any warning.

Maparts:
Maparts that do not respect our rules are not allowed. Also, as mapart distribution, its not allowed to copy or resell any mapart that wasn't made by yourself, you can still do this if the original author allows you.
